But brokers ask bachelor's for extra 3-4 thousand Rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big society. There are almost 20+ buildings here. Many people live here. This society is good for those work here in the Chakan industrial area because it's near for them to go to work. There are all basic amenities available here. The area is very clean and people are helpful. There's also a big playground inside. And some slides for small children. There's also a basketball court near the playground. There's a temple of Lord Ganesha inside the society. There are various group gathering and festivals are held here occasionally. Also there's a small shop inside the society so you don't have to all the way outside the big society area to get basic things.
