Alot of Xrbia buyers face the trouble due false commitment of possession date ....
Orvally given dec2020 but now agreement is march2024.
... my very bad experience from Xrbia
Try to buy from other builder...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day i saw the xrbia neral portal on fb , I do the inqury in xrbia neral project , we were not know how the project is actually but when I went there to saw with my mom , it was like great project with affordable price n also with many more amenities ,we just love the project .

I know Covid has affected all sectors and real estate is one of that.
Please consider some sympathy towards middle middle class families who had booked flat considering possession at 2020 and still project is not ready, most of the customers has lost their jobs and there is no money for them to pay the monthly rent, requesting kindly use your own amount and complete the project to get some good blessing from thousands of suffered families

First I had a took on their reviews and well to be honest I didn't like the reviews.
Then I Thought of inquiring it as my friend had owned her apartment there.
Trust me guys then I realized what a experience I had ...
When I inquired on call they helped me with all my quires and I took my time and did the site visit ... N I really loved the construction part well I like the amenities as well. When I personal visited my view completely changed... requesting you guys to please visit the site n have a glance once... rather going with the reviews ...
I had a great experience well even I'm planning to book a apartment over there for now.
