★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All , Please careful if you received any call from this company regarding courier , This company is not good. All workers are fraud. after packet received from customer, he doesn't receive call and also show false tracking status in website . This company's director are not good person. I will be complaint at MCA against this company . This company's boses are very poor person so he cheats customers.He hasn't money so he is big beggar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send some Korean cosmetics to some of my friends in Bangalore and Nagaland and before handing over the packages, I asked multiple times to the courier services what will be Duration for those items to be delivered. They replied 24 hrs for Bangalore and 72 hrs for Nagaland. So I paid the amount and handed the items and have been wating since then.Now its been 8 days and the items were not yet delivered so when I enquired, they blocked my no and when I texted them, they replied, they are on a meeting and everytime I would call, they would disconnect the call and would text back saying, there's meeting going on will forward you the tracking no and the screenshot. I have no idea where's the screenshot and tracking no.So since I got the number from justdail, I expressed my grieviences to the Manager and there was a conference call and when I said I'll filed and FIR, they requested for a week to resolve the issueand I agreed but after a week when I tried reaching to both the parties, there was no response from both end.
So I decided to look out for the courier service and I reached their office as per the information that was on the receipt and that was online but to my horror, the office was already moved to a new location and they didn't updated the new address and they were operating with their previous address. Since they blocked my number I couldn't reach them and honestly i was very dissapointed because those were some expensive cosmetics that I purchased from Korea for some of my close friends.
Lastly, regarding gurgaon police they are useless, pathetic and ignorant and they don't have time for your small petty issues and grieviences.
