★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT pay this company for services of any kind. Y&H are both dishonest and incompetent. I used them to ship a FCL from India to Australia. They FORGOT to send the critical customs documents and then LIED about sending them. My container could not be processed and I lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in additional charges. Y&H were incompetent on a number of occasions, for example, they were clearly told not to send a high cube container but they did anyway. The container touched and sparked powerlines - we nearly lost power to the industrial estate. The Y&H corporate team were notified of the above and they did nothing to make good on their horrible performance - they chose to ignore me instead. Use Y&H at your own peril.
