★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked Yaantra to repair my mobile and had very pathetic experience. Starting with mobile pick-up, they sent 3rd party vendor who came in Snapdeal clothes and provided receipt of mobile pick-up in soft-copy on whatsapp. Post that i tried checking the status of my request on there website with no success, after 8 days of my mobile pick-up i had no clue where is my phone, how much time more will it take and there customer representative are also clueless. Yaantra has no professionalism in dealing with customer.
