★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person seemed quite courteous initially but on the D day, all persons including the captain and the booking agent seemed to be very rude and incourteous.
The yatch was too small than the picture and not appropriately maintained.
There are a host of other boat tour providers on Tripadvisor. Please check that. I do not know why I selected this boat provider in hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ask them to bring food for you because they use to charge extra than the bill amount and when you ask for it they will say they left it at shore. Take your own food over there its bettèr and also the staff was rude. First he said it costs 650 then he said it is 550 and then he said 510. What was that?? Why can't you give the bill instead of saying whatever you want. Do ask them for the proper bill or else carry your own food over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a boat for my Husband's birthday. We have done sailing before also this was our 2nd experience.
They offer 3 slots morning 7- 8am, 4.30 -5.30 pm & 6 -7 pm
We booked an evening slot 4.30 -5.30pm got picked up from Gateway of India.
I had my in-laws with me and was worried for my mother in law to climb the boat 2 times.
As they pick you in one boat and take you to your yatch.
But all went seamlessly they were helpful for making my Mother in law climb the yatch carefully.
The boat we booked was for 4-5 people
Was perfect for 4 people had a small deck inside.
Nice arrangements, decoration for my husband's birthday was made in the deck.
Soft Drinks, water paper plates spoons etc was included in service.
We had a great time, saw sunset seagulls dolphins.
My Inlaws also enjoyed a lot.
All in all a great service. Highly recommended for special occasions like birthday anniversary.
