β β β β β Tried it for the first time the car came on time but there was a dirty stench of something I could open the windows because it was a winter morning... The guy didn't even acknowledge that the car is dirty... I wouldn't recommend using them unless they improve their quality...

β β β β β The worst service. Booked a taxi at 8 am for 12pm for half day. Taxi shows up and when we go down it is not there but the owner is there with another guy in another taxi. Says the guy had to go get some keys he forgot and will be back in 5 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes. The taxi did not show up. The owner drove away and said get another one. I had to get another taxi and was 1 hour late to a very important appointment. Dishonest shady people.

β β β β β The business of Ashok Yadav is entirely chaotic, unprofessional and unreliable. At 2 occasions I called his taxi. The next day the driver, despite of appointment neither showed up nor called off. When I called he said that the boss has put me on another duty. It wasted my half day at both occasions. At second occasion he even didnβt notify that the taxi wouldnβt come. When I called Ashok, he started to make excuses and started argument. Taxis keep changing and you canβt have stability of one taxi. Can never be trusted.
