★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the servicing of FZS v3 , had some really big issues with the bike but the servicing department of this workshop was fine. There is a waiting area which also has working coffee/tea/water dispensor and some automotive magazines. Overall my experience was fine. One negative point was that it took me all day to get my bike serviced. Process is slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am not going to tell you the whole story but i will make my points clear. please ask your employees to call/message customer for service reminder. give some training to staff for handling customer and stop blaiming customer for your mistakes. washing and polish is the important part of service, these two steps plays the most important role. improve these thing or change staff if they not doing work properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JM Motors Sector 10 Noida. The free 5 service is total scam. Even in covid they are counting 510 days. I brought my bike for 5th serving on 538th day and they are charging me for 5th service. In last 538 I'm pretty sure almost 100-150 were lockdown and bike is still under 7000kms and they are not considering 28 days delay. Do you guys want even if the bike is keep ideally we need to keep doing service just to get the free service. Fraud company

After sale their servicing is pathetic. I'm suffering with their services. If you raise the complain no action will be taken either, I don't know why. After 2nd servicing my first aid kit was missing. Their mechanics are lack of knowledge, every time they are asking to replace everything. Strictly suggest if you want to have Yamaha bike don't consider this dealer.

If any one faces any issue in any Yamaha vehicle and some other service centre is not able to resolve that you must pay a visit here or if you want quality service this service centre is a must.
