β β β β β I called up the store in Camac street, Kolkata for taking a demo of a sound bar Yas-209 as I wanted to buy it. But the staff denied it completely stating that this is out of policy. They cannot help a consumer in regards to this.

I heard about the bad behavior of Samsad Hayder from Google review. Now I've experienced it. Worst experience ever. Extremely rough and rude, illiterate kind of person.
I called several other stores in Kolkata for a good deal. All the staffs were polite and they at least try to satisfy their customer.
In case of Haydar, you must have to satisfy him otherwise he will cut your call.
Please BEWARE OF HAYDER.

Mr Samsad haider himself is a great conosieur of music and a very good person.
He will suggest you the best thing as per your need.
Just believe him.

β β β β β The only place in kolkata to get all sorts of yamaha products (except some wind instruments), they have a wide catalogue of guitars and pianos. The staff here is really polite, you will usually find products for a lower price here than what you find online. Although their collection of amplifiers are not the best.

β β β β β The behaviour of the showroom people was really polite. They even cleaned my dirty guitar bag without us even asking and I only went there to change my guitar strings. They changed the battery of my guitar tuner without insisting on a new tuner. Upon enquiry they said they will appoint a great guitar teacher for my location. Yamaha has improved itβs customer service a lot. They are fabulous. All this was great. I am telling you, donβt just buy on Amazon. Buy from these people.
