I went there for the service, I told the service guy everything about the problems I'm facing and some minor issues.
After waiting for 2.5 hours, finally, it was my turn, and the mechanic was going here and there, and told me it's lunch time.
After another 40 minutes he finally arrived and stared servicing, he was slow like a sloth, his phone was ringing, some side taking was going on. In the job card it was written that you have to check all the wiring, carburetor, and driving belt. But he didn't do anything. After requesting, he check the lights, and he was behaving like he's doing some kind of mercy on me. He never check the drive belt and blame me for arriving late, I mean I was on time it was you who didn't start work on time . The guy whom I told everything about was on phone all the time and the other one was arrogantly telling me to sit in the waiting lounge, because his boss was watching everything from the top, all I was, helping the mechanic. So, he can work little faster, I was as a customer providing him spare parts. And how can i forget the pathetic spare guy, who don't know which part is available or not. Overall it's wasn't justify with the brand like Yamaha.
And to the agency holders,
If a customer walks into yours showroom or service center, please respect him and his/her time.
