They guide the customers according to their needs and gv their best guidance to purchase the products. The staff is well trained & up to mark always... I recommend to visit Yash Electronics to all friends before buying any product... A value for money shop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought IBF washing machine on 7/2/21. It stopped working on 10/3/21. I understand Yash electronics couldn't help me coz of lockdown. But even after lockdown till date I am following up with Yash and IFB too but no response. My budget was low but still I managed to buy German technology machine as suggested by Yash. Very poorest service. Worst and fraud. I lost my money trusting on Yash electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad suggested this shop strongly as we have been purchasing things from here for the last 15 years. It feels really sad to write about the inconvenience I faced during covid pandemic time. Due to emergency, I had to buy a new Refrigerator and Washing Machine. So I finalised the products at this shop and specifically told them not to send me the display piece due to some issues in them and for the fact no shop seller sends Display piece. I had checked the same in the shop thoroughly.
After the products were delivered, I checked the Refrigerator and it was the same display piece which was kept in the shop which had used marks and few more issues. I visited the shop the very next moment and the display piece was not there. It was really saddening to know that that they sent the display piece even after telling them so many times that I didn’t wanted a display piece. 16 years and I lost faith in this shop. They lie straight away on your face.
This is how shops like these are fooling the customers in this pandemic. I have told them to replace the Refrigerator with a new piece. I hope they deliver it in time or I have asked for a refund. If they don’t take a quick action I will have to take some harsh steps on this and again which will waste my time. I will never buy anything going forward from here and will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I have also added the photos here of the space in the shop which was empty because the display piece is at my home currently and some more pictures with used marks!
