★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admitted here for covid positive since 2days ...doctor is supportive but the staff and sisters of 5 th floor are worst peoples, arrogant and didn't have any manners to talk with patients, the staff is useless they didn't done there job clear and talking rudely to patients. Management should must do better action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As not many locations are having covaxin, I had to take appointment at this place. They have arrangements at the under ground parking of the hospital. Although the space was ok, but they didnt have any sanitizers in place Or fans for better ventilations. They didnt have Or suggested the option to do online payment. Also no certificates were given post vaccination. Staff was doing their best to conduct the drive, but the long waiting made people anxious and uncomfortable

They kept services open to common people even during the height of pandemic.
I got admitted there recently for covid treatment.
Experienced caring staff, in house labs, pharmacy, canteen, Attentive and personal, timely care.
Special Thanks to Dr. Suhas Kumbhar Sir.
No unnecessary billing.I got the best treatment there.I was updated with labs and CT scan immediately.

They only passing me from one desk to other.
Worst service.
They said doctor will be available in 10 minutes but doctor didn't come even after 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ General OPD and all the wards in hospital seems to be run by single doctor. Doctor is available after waiting for more than 1-1.5 hrs, then patient is asked to wait. Suddenly doctor disappears for some other stuff. Doctor doesn’t even see the patient for more than a minute. Why can they recruit few more doctors? Whole hospital cannot be run by single doctor alone.
