We immediately rushed to the book store the very next day to exchange but instead the owner started to ignore and act rude!WORST BOOKSHOP IN PUNE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most arrogant and disrespectful shopkeeper you’ll ever come across. Calling him mannerless is an understatement. Has zero understanding and humility towards elders and kids alike. Would suggest going to ABC if not in a hurry, just a matter of time before new shops crop up in the neighbourhood. As a marketer myself, I have a message for the old man: ‘Customer is god’. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality stationary and material, with damp/fungus and fungus smelled papers, books and book covers.. very highly priced, never ever can get discount on anything, even on damaged products. Worst return policy for bad quality products. This should be last shop of your choice if have other options open
