Society have ample parking space and all.outsiders keep.their vehicles here. Then leave for near by lanes homes, due to this the problem to society members

Don’t Take Flat 902 at A Wing on Rent. The Owner Mrs. Deshmukh will try every tactics to eat ur Deposit. She did not returned my deposit of 16,500.00 out of 50K. Don’t Stay on Rent there at 902, A Wing.

*Cheating by Mr. Ramdas Deshmukh(Ex-Staff)* This is for those fellow Bankers who are looking for flat on Rent near Katraj. I took Flat No. 902, Yashasri Building A Wing, Gokulnagar, Katraj on rent in the year 2019 for 3 years(Regd. rent agreement). Flat was in the name of the wife of Mr. Deshmukh(Ex-Staff). Mr. Deshmukh(Ex-Staff) took 50K as a deposit and we shifted there on the same day when the previous tenant vacated the flat which means I got the flat without fresh paint and in used condition. My rental payment was always done in advance and payment was never delayed since it was under our Bank’s TOAS. I stayed there for almost 2.5 years and during my stay Mrs. Deshmukh inspected the flat numerous times i.e. once in every 2-3 months that too without intimation. I never got any complaint regarding anything from their side till now. Now I got transferred to Kolkata and on the very same day i.e. on 01.04.2022 when I got my order I intimated them via letter and WhatsApp duly acknowledged by Mr. Deshmukh. After that intimation, everything seems to be changed. I had already informed them that I will be vacating the flat tentatively by 14.04.22 and on the day of shifting i.e. on 14th Mrs. Deshmukh came and started complaining about colours, taps and petty things. Her main intention was to deduct my deposit. Mrs. Deshmukh was arguing to deduct 15K from the deposit for new colour of the flat. When I opposed and cross questioned that despite having small kid in my house u can’t find a single pencil mark in the entire flat. In fact I had not even put a single nail on any of the wall since I knew that they may create havoc because of this. I mean how can they expect new colour on the wall when they haven’t coloured it at the time of giving it on rent. Seeing my opposition; Mr. Deshmukh(over telephone) told that he will be crediting the deposit amount within 2-3 days. Though I was not comfortable, I believed him as an ex-staff. After 4-5 days when the amount was not credited I called him and again he pleaded for 2-3 days which he failed again. After that when I again called him, first 3-4 times he did not picked up, then he told that he will be depositing the amount by 25.04.2022. On 25.04.2022; I got the message that he has deposited 33.5k instead of 50k. He forfeited my 16.5k by citing false reasons. I mean the entire 2.5 years during his numerous visits he/her wife never complained about the colour but when I vacated the flat and asked my deposit back, he cheated me by 16.5k. During my Banking career since 2012; I had always stayed outside my hometown and had stayed on rent at various places in Jharkhand and Maharashtra which also includes flats of other ex staff but had never faced such situation. I have faith in almighty that he will never digest my hard earned money. I just wanted you all to please refrain from staying there otherwise what has happened with me may happen to you too.
