★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too Bad experience , Please don't go for it. still we are not getting possession for A wing , posssession date Dec 2017. Continuous False commitments. Still they dont't have any clear picture about situation. everyone from sales team blames to each other. They are not at all solving People's possession issue . fake and false commitments . waiting for Electricity Metres from last 4 months . people's are frustrated by buying flat of this project. Basic needs like street lights , roads ,water supply issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction and amenities provided in this society like solar water heater, door camera, two floor parking, Power backup, CC TV Camera, 24 hour water, use branded material like door, windows, jaguar wash basin material etc. Prime location of this society near by Dmart 1.5 km, Aditya birla Hospiral 2 km, dange Chouk 1 KM. so overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall construction and design was good. But bit inside from road and approach from road is not good. Streets are also not well maintained. Over priced rates as per market trend. Few good points as well like ... 2 balcony in each 2 BHK flat and big gallery space ( common space). Before buying in that apartment please make a proper study about the future routes and prospects over there...it's my personal opinion...thanks
