YESTERDAY I PURCHASED A CLASSMATE BOOK WORTH RS. 60 AND THE SHOPKEEPER CHARGED RS. 70 FROM ME. 18% GST ON THE TRANSACTION DONE THROUGH PAYTM. I WAS IN HURRY AND DID NOT HAVE CASH IN HAND SO I HAD TO PAY RS. 70. I HAVE RAISED THE COMPLAINT WITH PAYTM AND WILL CONTINUE FOLLOWING UP UNTILL THEY GET CLOSED DOWN ON PAYTM.

1.Charging extra bucks(double) for sharing file via Bluetooth and then printing it.
2.They will ask you to pay 18% extra as a GST if you are paying via paytm.
3.Atlast even after all this they will speak with you very rudely.
Prefer to go nearby any other shop rather than ending extra bucks for the same thing.
