we purchased a flat 10 year ago still the work is in progress. Also builder is asking for maintenance from owners as he has not handed over the project yet. TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD DONE TO CUSTOMERS. NEVER EVER BUY OR RENT AT THIS PROJECT.
