★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very attractive Drama theatre located in the quiet vicinity of Matunga, just 5 minutes away from Matunga station (W). This auditorium houses over 250 seats and has an effective sound system.

Nice musical shows and dramas are played here... ... Mostly in marathi language....... No parking available... Enough seating space for 800 - 900 audience..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has stood the test of time. Even though the auditorium and the surroundings have been upgraded, it still oozes an old world nostalgia.
The seats aren't all that comfortable, with a most having less cushioning. If you are someone sitting in the second half of the audi, the voice may be slightly off to you.
The stage as such is quite big and the performers have enough space to bring depth into their performance. The ever helpful staff over here is quite old, not just in age, but also in their experience.
One of the best thing is that they have ample washrooms, which are clean. Intermission can be a chaos, as the canteen space is quite limited. It gets pushy, if you ain't first few in the queue.
Overall, it's a decent experience to watch plays over here. Also, its location makes it accessible from Dadar and Matunga Road.

Acoustics are poor. For a play they don't matter but then for a music concert, sounds get shrill.
The hall is right in the centre of the city and easily accessible. Has a refreshment stall inside on the second floor.

Auditorium decorate with photo frames of Famous artists of Gujarati and Marathi Theatre. Neat and Clean Pleasant atmosphere.Staff is Co operative. Approximately 1000 seats with balcony.Make up rooms are also In Good Condition. water cooler and other facility also available in the Make up room.
