I won’t even like to suggest my enemy such a bad service... took advance from us saying your 12kg pack will be delivered tomm by 11 my husband gave a call to them around 10:30 to remind them again they said it might take 1 more to reach. Well! We were okay with it. My husband again gave a to them around 12 still they didn’t have it... and look at the time now still we didn’t receive it I said them give my advanced back that freaking woman was so rude we won’t give money back rather than take something else... aslya nich mansaan mulle lokan var kasa bharosa thevayech...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience. Maximum Old stock available...I found Royal Canin 12KG pack as limited availability in market hence bought the same. Then I found many insects in it. I contacted to shop and he said he is helpless. Even he was not ready to talk to customer care of royal canin. Certainly unprofessional.
Careful while buying pet food. Better to open and check before buy. I know even after 15 days if you complaint for food quality to royal canin. They will arrange the replacements.
