I recently tried to book a hotel in Goa, India and at the end of the reservation process a notification appeared “Payment failed”, however the money has been deducted from my account, I’m from UK and the security measures are strict, I contacted the Yatra agency via e-mail, as it was the only method - the phone numbers provided for support team and hotel reservations are constantly switched off, which I found quite suspicious. I corresponded with Rajni Sharma (Support Team) and Balram Shekhawat (Sr. Executive - Hotel services), neither of them have been very communicative, I would say their customer service is below poor. In one of the e-mails I was told my issue will be resolved before 1pm on the day I received the message, a week later I was trying again to reach out for help and was told that it will be resolved within the next 24 hours. After over 30 hours I haven’t received any kind of response from Yatra. Of course, I still haven’t received my money which was taken from my account and my I haven’t received any confirmation about my hotel booking, their office based in Delhi doesn’t exist, I have no idea who works for this company but the way I was mistreated is horrible and I would like to warn future travellers to not book with this dishonest agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously such a pathetic service . If airline have cancelled the booking and refund the complete amount to Yatra. Then firstly then never let you know that they have recieved the amount. When you call then you have to proof, and argue about the refund.
Now let talk about refunded amount. For the name of deduction they duduct a major part of amount. You when you drop a mail regarding this then never replied on email.
Guys befare of such a fraud and phathatic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book any Holidays on yatra.com. They have poor coordination between each other. Just understand one thing before holidays on yatra that they are responsible only for the Hotels included in the booking. Any problem arises in travelling in bus, they are not responsible for that. I have missed my onwards journey from delhi due to long haul of their bus bookings i.e Shubh Yatri holidays. There is no refund provided either from yatra or from shubh yatri. Poor travel coordinators who puts the blame on each others specially Miss Dolly from yatra.com. So do not believe on such coordinators.
Best way to enjoy seamless experience to book from your own.

It happened with me twice when I booked my ticket from Yatra. there is no customer care no. of yatra. what ever is given at site that is not working. Through mail they are giving same reply which is not workable.
