★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous tour managed by this company can you imagine they arrange cake for us in their dreams, total mis managment we wasted 150k with this company and in our 5 day manali tour their driver actually drive us from delhi to manali in 20 hrs and back with much misbehavings all arrangements are misleading... Think twice better to go own or with any branded company, MMT or TripAdvisor etc , an auto wala can be better choice then yatra crafter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited manali from. 25 may to 29 may through this company they have arranged the tour in such a manner that their driver mr.vijay singh only arranged a trip to kullu vaishno mata and rafting point only becoz he always feared of trafic jam. He only rested all four days on my money and we have to done sightseeing on our foot plz don't waste your time and money booking this company for any tour

They helped us to plan our trip very well by undertaking our changes patientfully and diligently since beginning. I would like to thank Mr.Lalit for his meticulous planning and execution of the trip. Accommodation, food, tour guidance, travel vehicle were all of good standard.Most of the passengers were senior citizens they took care of their needs when required.
