★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service. We booked two tickets from Bangalore to Rajamandry one month back. After providing transport to Rajamandry of almost 1000 kilometers, they said return journey was cancelled and we have struggle to reach Bangalore back facing so many problems and have to cut the journey to short destinations as there was no direct bus. Overall, very bad service, I suggest not to select this as your secure transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tavelled from nellore to vinjamuru-round trip.Cab condition good,nice rate compare to market,very reasonable,but I faced problem with driver,he is driving above 90km in normal roads.for driver meals they have fixed 100rs,so please inform to customer while booking.and add in bill also its better. Very rash driving,rude behaviour,i am finally unsatisified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time waste people who want to catch train from Vizag to go other places they will miss trains.the bus will not take you in time. Bus is better for cargo services.every trip they will pick flowers from Bangalore and drop at rajmundry. And they will also do local services.please don't travel in this bus at emergency

Bus departure time was preponed to 1 hour earlier and notified me of ticket change 2 hours prior. Then started calling me saying bus is leaving now, 3 hour prior to scheduled departure. Called me 23 times and began abusing on phone.
Bus didn't go to the drop off point mentioned, left me 20km away from drop off. Use bad language while talking to customers. All the drivers and employees seem like criminals.
I suggest that you avoid this bus service at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst king of travel service. My humble request for everyone not to take any package tour from them. They just cheat people with 3rd grade hotel. They will say Deluxe hotel, but reality is 3rd grade cheap Lodge will be provided. In every city they had contact with all 3rd grade lodge. So be careful while booking any package tour with them.
