Yoga Retreat- a short trip to Sal Forest was organized by Vani and her Maa. The entire group was outstanding and the time and moments we had are magic.

The best part is that her knowledge is not only limited to yoga asans but she also focuses on the intricacies, breathing techniques and most importantly awareness of the body. Also, the ambience of yellow circle is really soothing and pleasing to eyes this making whole experience even more enjoyable.

The instructor is very thorough with her knowledge and quite serious about the work. The atmosphere is quite peaceful, relaxing and motivating. One can learn quality yoga over here and eventually connecting with your innerself.
