He instantly picked up on the level of my fitness and adjusted the workout to suit me whilst and also pushing me to my limits. he is so inspirational and motivating. We always feel comfortable in his company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined here in the month of February today I have completed one month here. Gym is well equipped with all the machines and trainers here are well trained. They personally guide you how to do exercises correctly. Very friendly atmosphere and also very hygienic.

To be honest if anyone is a beginner and is in a search of good gym. All uh need is here. And for experienced ones, it provides highly advanced Machines with a massive workout area. I suggest that joining here will bring out a great result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the gym is quite nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yera ma'am always greets you with a smile on her face. I did my training under Sameer sir and lost 10kg in 3 months. All equipments are available and moreover the gym is spacious. I would recommend this over other gyms.

The workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome.
