★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery person for the consignment didn't turned up and suddenly I got an sms that he came twice and my door was locked. My society has CCTV, Security as well as My Gate app which clearly shows the lie of India Post delivery guy. Now I had to go to Yerwada SO personally to collect my consignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not even bother to deliver parcel . Just keep at hold or show door locked.. TMATLEAST THEY HAVE TO CALL BUT THEY THINK IT NOT S NOT NECESSARY .. VERY FRUSTRATING SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deliver heavy articles. Marked as delivered but never received. Raised a complaint but no response. No use of customer care number. All this have to be privatized. All feedback about these govt employees n service they provide should be recorded from the customers. Hope someone reads this reviews posted by people previously as well. Private Operators are much better than govt couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow moving staffs can be found here.. they intentionally delay speed post parcel delivery from which they find a bit of happiness and peace of mind.. Just file complaint for such negligence on CPGRAMS redress forum in Umang app.

Staff is lazy
They don't care about customers
Takes hours to do 3 minutes task
Waste if time
Govt must privatize and remove inefficient people.
Crowded place as staff takes lot if time to do basic things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although place is too much crowded or crammed full of people as everybody wants to grab the cheapest grocery. You wil get all types of grocery items from branded items or loose items as per your wish and budget. They have multiple branches across the city. You can choose kalyani branch as they have ample of parking space, but you have to be quick in shopping as the place is too much crowded. You may face problem while moving your shopping cart/trolley ? and you may hit some one or get him by some another cart/trolley ?. But you have to sacrifice and bear this crowd if you wants to save some money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office is at junction of yerwada jail road an airport road. It’s easily noticeable from main road. The office is just like any other government office. The building has old classic rooftop. The staff is good. Best day to visit is between Monday to Friday. Saturday is busy mostly.
