★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been following up with Bank since last 4 days to get my GST Invoice. Customer care suggests to speak to RM and RM suggests to speak to customer care :) Spoke to RM, Have called up customer care many times, wrote few emails too, but request is not attended till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Branch of Yes Bank, ( Preet Vihar) I have seen. I asked for Yes First account instead of my Savings Bank Account but earlier manager and the present manger gave me dozens of negative points about the facilities of Yes First account. I have much more funds in my S.B. Account to qualify for the Yes First Account but the Branch treats me very badly as if I am trying to cheat the Bank. For withdrawal in of Rs. 10000/- once, the cashier, gave me all soiled notes (the type of notes usually in circulation in vegetable market) and asked me to select the ones I think were acceptable. For every small thing, staff usually want customers to wait for long time and the job is done only after I approach the manager. Other Branches in the vicinity are refusing to transfer my account to their Branch. Maybe they are in league with this manager. The contact number of higher officers are not displayed in the Branch to prevent customers to voice their grievance.
