★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Rajouri Garden branch on 16Aug21 to get my Aadhar linked to my mobile number. Prior to this, I called the bank's helpline 18001200 to check for the formalities. The lady advised me the branch timings and get the needful done. Branch was to open at 10am. Accordingly, I reached and one of the bank staff told me to contact the gaurd outside. The gaurd told me that the tokens have already been distributed and he cant give anymore. Bank staff also refused to help me. Had this been told to me by the contact centre, I would have visited the branch accordingly. Very unprofessional behavior.
