they take 1.5 months to open account.
not a work in time
after 1.5 month account is not open so i closed account and return my DD.
then after marketing person is cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all good banking system but the personnel are not aware about proper utilization of system and manpower. Senior marketing executive belive they can run a banking fuction without having a single indivials account with them. They want only HNI & NRI Account for what they have below customer feet for getting them associated with bank for their banking requriement.
I have came across the worst experience when i reached to bank and after waiting in long que for around 4-5 hours bank executive said they are list concerned for my account with them.
One of the senior executive is telling me not to point toward him for his statement about closing the account. when i have requested to share status when we will get inside the bank after waiting for so long, he said you are not a single person waiting for longer, We are serving you all though out the days.
I think they getting paid for their hard working only, why they are making such contraversial statements. Other banks are also working in the semilar scenario.
