While one visit the building first time be aware that you will need extra 10 mins for getting entry passes made and about 5 minutes waiting for the lift to come in. Visitors do not get parking, however there is a mmrda/govt multilevel parking nearby where one can park and walk down or take a cab.

They issue credit card and don't give it to customer and still ask for payment for using the credit card which the customer is not even aware of.
Toll free number is of funny people who waste time of customers and what not.
Hopeless still awaiting to someone from yesbank to respond....
