★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been five months since the lockdown and my CC account in YES BANK (Shirur branch) has been declined due to low Business turnover. So Bank has stopped all my business transactions over this period for payment of Overdraw amount.
This is not been issue. The real issue is Shirur branch YES BANK TEAM has no knowledge about how to renew an account. They are totally unaware about terms and conditions during this the renewal process. Every day a person from bank comes and shares the new terms about how the renewal process goes.
YES BANK shirur branch has stopped my all transactions since THREE MONTHS. I am not able to use my account even after i paid all my overdues.
YES BANK shirur branch has most unqualified staff for the purpose of handling their customers. Last week they made me pay for insurance on my CC account. Now suddenly this week they realise i have a term loan going on, so this week they make me pay for insurance on term loan.
Finally after not being able to use my account for more than three months, i have decided to move out. I am feeling happy.
