We have corporate account but the responsible officer neither pick up the calls from my office nor he is bothered to call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 31st Dec 2020 Rs 1 lakh was taken out of my account by a cyber fraud. Despite my repeated follow up of the last three months, till date no response from the bank. I am shocked and disgusted with the poor customer service of the bank and have decided to close my account with this bank. Public beware of this bank. it is unsafe.
