★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Kox Ton Air Bike K-200 from Yes Sports in the month Aug 2020. Just within 15 days wheel belt broken. Yes sports committed for the replacement but even after 20 days they have not done. Many times committed to do it even we have told we will pay the cost of replacement. Now a days Mr Deepak owner of shop not picking my call and not responding messages. Very poor service of the shop owner. Bad experience with the sport shop owner. Even said me that his service boy is going for repairs not yet turned up. Definitely this matter I will raise to consumer forum and Jaipur shop association. Posting this message to be aware with this type of shops running in city. Very Very poor experience. Bad Bad.
