★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Royal Roof swing and had the worst experience. They used gunny bags to bundle the swing to transport it to Chennai. They had shown wooden crating option, but didn't actually do it. The consignment took 4 days to even leave them to transporter and it arrived in broken pieces. Knowing fully well that this was to go out of country, this is how they value customer service.
