β β β β β Yeti is located at khar, 5-10 mins walking from the Khar railway station. Yeto shares the roof with Raasta. They have a rooftop area for yeti but it starts in the evening. So you must be seated in Raasta during the daytime. The ambiance is pretty cool, quirky vibes, high chairs, red, yellow green themed decor. The bar counter is well lit during the evening. They have the same menu like Raasta for Mocktails and cocktails. We started off with Bahama Mama and margarita. Bahama Mama had a tangy flavour and was not really strong in terms of alcohol. Maragarita was strong enough and quiet refreshing. Then we wanted to try their himalayan, Bhutanese , Assamese, tibetan dishes so we ordered shabalay momos. These momos were so delicious and fried appropriately. The coating was appropriate. The momos were served with three different sauce. Tsohem chem chicken - cheese buttery bhutanese curry with bread. Chicken pieces with the creamy gravy goes really well. Highly recommended. Khadi ko ledo curry and veg fried were our mains. We enjoyed the taste throughly less spicy and good quantity. Lastly we had the famous dessert yomari, steamed momos filled with chocolate dipped in vanilla. What an amazing combination. But preparation is time consuming. Service was spontaneous and they have sound knowledge of the menu. A gem place for North eastern cravings.

β β β β β Recently had visited this place in Khar which serves authentic Nepalese, Bhutanese, Tibetian Food. It's located around 400m from the Khar railway station. Also the place has amazing ambiance as well food options. Food service was bit slow because of fresh food preparation. I did enjoyed the different varieties of food.
We had tasted various flavours from North Eastern side-
Food:
Wai Wai Sadeko - 4/5
It is an Nepalese Snacks, basically like bhel,it had dry wai wai noodles which was mixed with spices and veggies. It was too spicy in taste.
Jhol Momos - 5/5
This was amazing dish, momos were served along with curry. Will recommend to try this one. Curry was bit spicy but momo's balanced the taste of curry.
Mix Veg. Datchi - 3/5
This was a Bhutanese dish, which is made from cheese and pepper,it had exotic veggies and was served with Tingmo which is an Tibetian Styled Steamed Bun. Taste was good but too cheesy.
Veg. Thenthuk - 4/5
This was noodle soup, It's an Tibetian Styled Flat Noodle Soup, taste was great also had different veggies was bit spicy.
Yomari - 5/5
This was dessert, wherein steamed rice dumplings were filled with Nutella and was served with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Drinks:
Raasta Special - 4/5
Had different textures of place, taste was also good.
Black Mojito - 5/5
This had lemon Mojito with Cola, I did like this one was amazing will recommend to try this one.
Lemongrass Cucumber Colada - 4/5
Felt like an healthy drink, was great.
Apple Cinnamon Shake - 5/5
The best one I had here had different flavours.
A great place to have hangouts with friends. Raasta and Yeti both are at same place.Next time you visit Raasta do try their Yeti Food Options. At the day time seating is at place of Raasta and in evening it's on Rooftop.

β β β β β Our order got botched so many times we lost count. The starter we put in at 12:05 arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later - after all of our other food. They brought a fish dish we didn't order. Our friend was recovering from food poisoning so we asked them for no spice. The dish came out filled with chili peppers.
The food was also not good. The special momos had some kind of sour filling like cream cheese - not good. The soup tasted... just bad.
I'm really surprised the average rating is so high, because our experience was not good at all.

β β β β β Tibetan , Nepalise, Bhutanese, North easter cuisine in one place, a different food experience from the normal, perfect for dinner on rooftop on a winter night. Great drinks menu and the food menu is elaborate too. Must try Chicken Shapta, ragi brownie, Sha Datchi, Jhol Momos. The seating can be more comfotable , the seats are too high and the sofa seating is limited, the music can be little less loud. Overall the food is of good quality, appropriately priced and good service and ambience with a different cusine. Good for couples as well as group of friends. It shares it seating with Raasta and just next to khar social

β β β β β The reviews were very good so thought why not taste some northeastern food. I ordered Pork bamboo shoot and Kokra ko ledo along with steam rice which costed 255 rupees for God knows what. As a north eastern myself, it is my place to say that the pork bamboo shoot was not what it should be at all. Just putting few pieces of bamboo shoot doesn't make it that. Pork bamboo shoot normally has high heat levels due to the use raw chillies but here they probably used the whole container of red chilli powder. Both the dishes were horribly spicy and had no taste other than that of chilli powder. I had high hopes but really disappointed. The drink was Raasta special, which was way too sweet. The service was slow but the servers were very sweet.

β β β β β Different Experience! Authentic Himalayan Region Cuisine!
Wanted to try the real momos and found this authentic place, package was delivered on time and the packaging technique was really impressive, food was delivered piping hot!
We ordered Veg momos, Spinach Datchi and Thakali Thali. The food was excellent in terms of quality and taste.
Veg momos - not your regualr momos, this place serves authentic momos, creamy stuffing with apt amount of spices, flat shaped and very well steamed. Excellent taste and a must try!
Spinach Datchi! A popular curry of bhutan origin. Creamy cheesy & rich spinach curry served with the steamed bread. This was a heavenly combo and we highly recommend this dish.
Thakali Thali, taste of Nepal! Authentic Dal and Mushroom gravy along with steamed rice, papad and sides like fried karela and potatoes! Excellent quality and value for money meal. Dal so well cooked, it was melting in mouth. Fresh juicy Mushrooms in tomato gravy with apt amount of spices and condiments. Bit on tangy side but tastes excellent with steam rice.
Overall, this is completely different and amazing experience. Authentic cuisine from the different regions of Himalaya and around! Top notch quality and excellent food. Definitely a must try if you love exploring different cuisines!

β β β β β Foodies by night wanted to try out a different cuisine and after seeing good reviews of Yeti , we decided to venture out to Khar west.
We then discovered that the Yeti was on the 5th floor of Rasta which was a was a riot of color and music. Luckily they allowed us as it was Saturday night and no stag entry :)
So Vijay Ashutosh, Shankar, Sandip and a new foodie Moahan Joined us.
We ordered various dishes but due to the Loud music and dim lighting we couldnβt have a conversation and relish the food items.
Some of us ordered some good cocktails.
The food ordered was as follows all were A Class in terms of taste and quantity
We devoured the following
Macchaa Tareko Fried fish which was fried in an egg and flour batter , really crisp
Sliced pork with Veggies was a must have for pork lovers
khasi ko ledo Which was a mutton dish
Kokra wai wai Sandeko which had chicken flavour noodles
Sha Datchi with Tingmo which is a Bhutanese meat and creamy curry dish which has to be had with Tngmo a soft and tender Bhutanese steamed Bun
A dry fry chicken
A Shapta chicken
Yes thatβs the total for a Tummy filling meal for hoggers like us. The alcohol bill was the same amount.
