First, in morning around 6 am comprises of both males and females.
Second, in evening around 6 pm comprises of only girls & women

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been very less time I'm associated with yog mandir, but I've already started feeling the importance of yoga. This mandir has a very professional yog guru, Ashok sir. He has been teaching yoga for decades, free of cost. I really appreciate his dedication and passion for yoga.
It's really worth mentioning, I've experienced quite a lot of positive changes in my body posture, my mind state, my breathing patterns, and most importantly my thoughts; all this in a very short span of time. This is all because of the positivism that has been drawn by sir for me through yoga.
I would like to thank god to give me an opportunity to be a student of Ashok sir.
