The sessions were well planned & I got comprehensive knowledge about various pranayama & asana. Now, I am capable of teaching this subject to others. I just say that do join yoga teacher training in Rishikesh sessions to get in depth knowledge about yoga.

Yog Guru Ashwani's knowledge is so vast, that it motivates you to keep pushing yourself hard and try to learn as much as you can. The course is intense but fun and managed very professionally. The focus on yoga philosophy has really impacted me for the rest of my life.
