β β β β β He is one of the best teachers, his way of teaching is very descriptive and unique . He has a deep knowledge about yoga and Ayurveda. I do recommend joining yog namaste for a better life style and better understanding of our body and phenomenons related to yoga.

I did Therapeutic meditation class with you in which you taught us 24 types of meditation which were amazing. Savita dhyan,mrutyu dhyan ,amritvarsha dhyan Himalaya dhyan,each and every dhyan were so different and so amazing. We could feel so peaceful,blissful,
,relaxed and and yet full of energy for the whole day
