It is a good place to learn Yoga properly and technically. Well experienced trainer. The yoga practised here is not only beneficial for losing weight, it taught me much needed self love, brought a change in my attitude towards life. Best place to connect with your mind, body and soul. ??☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Decent Yoga center. Trainers are all very friendly. Timings are flexible. Its very clean and hygienic. Yoga, weight training, Body Massage and physiotherapy are also done here. Both male and females are allowed. Overall experience is quite better than expected.

They are really professional in curing different types of health issues very lucidly. They easily help to reduce over body weight. Above all very good very nice all the things are great.
