Strongly recommend taking private lessons or as part of a small group #Yogawithsimant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended his classes and I must say it really helped me. Due to some personal reasons I had to discontinue before but I am really looking forward to joining his classes again.. I used to feel more energetic, positive and productive after these yoga classes as compared to gym excercises where I used to feel more exhausted after those gyming sessions. I had an issue with reoccuring back pain earlier but after attending Yoga with Simant, I could get healed from that within a month.. excellent way of teaching.

Did a couple of classes at #yogawithsimant at this training centre, and for someone who doesn't normally practice it was great. He is very patient, a great teacher. Thoroughly enjoyed my yoga session here. Highly recommend for the beginners.

I strongly recommend Yoga with Simant for beginners as well as pro's.
It is one of the best places in Gurgaon to learn Yoga.

His knowledge about all the different aspects of Yoga is phnenominal and also narates the philosophy very well.
Simant teaches different styles Yoga according to the level of the student ,so that every student feels comfortable and understand. He focuses on right posture and alignment.
The Yoga classes were held in the spacious Yoga room and also at the beautiful ground floor.
YogawithSimant is on donation base, to support his volunteer project in the house, to give food and education to poor children.
