This trust is serving all age groups through yoga, dhyanam and speeches of prominent personalities on all subjects like OMKARAM, parents and children relationship for welfare of family etc., which are very useful to all to behave and to live. Some of the children who trained within a short time, can able to teach, yoga classes, because my granddaughters are giving training to my family members through ZOOM every day in this pandemic situation. It's only because of best training skills given by Guru's of the trust. Thank you one and all of trust members and instructors. I have attended so may classes of other yoga institutions. Finally I stayed with this trust as I got faith on it to meet ulitimate goal through dhyana.

Any one can learn easily from this yoga conscious trust.Evening Satsung is there.we can know lot of spiritual lessons taught by Satgurus.we can develop good qualities.
