All the important aspects are covered in the syllabus.It is very well designed portion with proper application keeping in mind the understanding of students.Also value additional Ayurveda , diet and psychology lecture were the amazing.Can't thank Sunil sir , Sunita Ma'am and all the guest lecturers enough for all the additional knowledge.I would suggest yogism institute for someone who is looking to start their yoga journey.
