★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good Yoga school for people staying in Mahim, Matunga, Dadar. High courteous and Very systematic staff. Fees are negligible. They are very devoted people. I practice at Matunga center. It is 3minutes walk from Matunga Road ( Western Line ) station. People must take full benefit of Yoga as their is no other right way for Physical, Mental and Social well being ( Complete Health ) of an individual. My Best Wishes to Yoga Vidya Niketan! It's bliss !!

1) It conducts regular yoga classes throughout the year (morning & evening batches; specific ladies' batches as well);
2) It runs Summer Yoga Course in the month of May each year - with multiple batches running at various centers throughout Mumbai;
3) It offers Teacher Training Course which is a 11-mths' program (evening classes - twice a week);
4) It has a Naturopathy Center which offers various treatments (like steam bath, hip bath, enema, massage, etc) at reasonable prices

The Yoga Teacher's course seems good but the schedule is not suitable for ladies with young kids! The time should have been in the day time like 10 am to 12 pm or so. Currently, it's in the late evening which spoils the family time & peace at home! I think the authorities should look into this seriously!
