The teacher is well behaved and well experienced, he gives personal attention to everyone in the batch. I recommend this to everyone especially to those who are in stress. Feels really calm and relaxed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious, bright yoga centre led by a very nice experienced and knowledgeable yoga teacher. I also like the fact that classes are small, so each student gets a lot of personal attention with individual approach. Will be definitely happy to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I've started the practice of yoga and meditation at yoga world I've realized that this is what was needed and I was looking for . It's been three months since I've joined the classes and I can literally feel the change in my body not only physically but mentally too, yoga practice and meditation keeps my mind calm and it is helping me to concentrate.
What makes the yoga world the best is the teacher here , our one and only and experienced Kanwar sir, he is very flexible and very cooperative with the timings. I would like to thanx to Kanwar sir and Ashu for teaching me all the aasans and keep the class focused on proper technique and alignment which I really enjoy ..
