Mrs. Hemlata Sharma is an excellent teacher who caters for all levels. Her true passion and commitment for yoga shines through. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my RYT 500 at Yogasthali Yoga society. I'm lucky to have Umesh Sir & Hemalatha Mam as my yoga tutors. I have been practising yoga for years now, but having them as my teachers helped us learn the right form and the importance of Yoga in general. Thank you for always pushing us always and being our teachers. Thank you very much for being such a good teacher. Their experience is very helpful and one can learn a lot from it. They make sure they give each student special attention. This is a must try institute for classes or for teachers training program.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this yoga class virtually but it is as good as the live class. The instructor gives proper attention to everyone and keeps encouraging to do better. I enjoyed doing yoga and if you are searching n thinking of joining a yoga class....then ur search ends here....it's the Best : )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found best yoga teacher training course at yogasthali Jaipur I did my 200 hrs yoga teacher training course from yogasthali yoga society Jaipur .It was awesome experience with the great and supportive yoga staff and director respected Sri Yogi Umesh Sharma and Yogini Hemlata Sharma .I thank them from the bottom of my heart to give me the best knowledge of yoga under their guidance. Highly recommended for all yoga seekers and aspirants.
