I had bought bubble making liquid 1 litre bottle few days back. It was having poor quality. I was not able to take it to store as I was out of station for family emergency. However, I had called and informed about this to store. When I took that bottle today to store, person over there was not ready to replace or return. He was very arrogant and not considerate at all. Finally, I kept the bottle over there, as it is of no use to me.
I am regular customer of this store since 4 yrs now, but after this rude behavior of store person, I will not go there in future. Also, making sure that friends and family don't visit.
