★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is least bothered about the customers on quality he provides for the school uniforms. Very pathetic behavior and rudeness. No fabric quality, no stitching quality. Still the rates on higher sides. Once the schools end up the ties with him, he will no longer sustain in this business and that day will be very soon.
Sincere apeal to the parents, ask your schools to give an alternate vendor for uniforms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting so much sale due to schools but can't spend to create shade infront of shop for customers who have to stand in queue for hours. Atleast start token system during peak times so people can visit at different times and you can avoid crowding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are running their school uniform business because of exclusive tie-up with different schools. Parents have to buy only from this shop. They are have are unable to manage deliveries of bookings timely, might be because they are dealing with multiple schools. Worst service, worst attitude towards service improvement. A never to recommend place but you have to be there if your kid's school have exclusive tie-up with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costly uniforms n other school stuff. Quality of fabric of uniforms is poor as compared to the price they charge. Mostly crowded, staff needs training to handle the customers effectively. For Management i would only give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place seems to be mainly for school uniforms. The day we went it was quite a rush but people were in a queue. This part was managed well to avoid over crowding inside. We placed an order as the item was not available. We had to call back to ensure that the item is shipped as there was no tracking mechanism. We were wondering if we would have received as committed date of we would not have called. They do not have exchanges so need to be careful while ordering.

-For few items the required sizes were not available. For that customer need to visit after a week.
-Costly as compared to other brands.
-No discount even though the purchase amount exceeds 3000+.
-Quality was poor.
-very small shop, not enough space to serve thousands of students.
-4 to 5 employees may not handle demand of big schools having thousands of students.
-Schools needs to consider the above points and choose vendors appropriately.

But due to a large order after 2 years of covid situation there is very mess.
Shop owners are irritated and they are not able to handle pressure.

It is very crowded as opened after lock down so plan you visit accordingly.
Same day or next day exchange also there but material availability is limited and have to order it an pick up from shop per stock's.
Order tracking is manual so better to pay visit if you didn't received message or call for your order.
