I have seen yoga change a lot with the increased popularity of it and certain retailers coming on the scene. Joyful Yoga is not a competitive environment, it’s soft and welcoming the way yoga is supposed to be! Thank you for being true to yoga!! I have really loved the classes I have taken there! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I was very stubborn and didn't did any workout then around 4 yrs ago my daddy told me to join yoga and so I did but I wasn't interested in losing my weight so I quitted it after 3 months of lazy workout but then I felt very embarrassed when my friends started to mock me so then I had taken upon my heart to lose my weight noatter what so my mother recommended me yogi yoga center where I went and met dilip sir who changed my life completely we practiced working out 8 hrs a day and ran 15 kms per day daily for 3 months continously and my sir also used to run with me to keep me motivated and then booom I lost 12 kgs in just 3 months. At first I was a bulky boy with flat 82 kgs weight but then I became an average sized boy of 70 kgs weight all thanks to my parents and dilip sir.
Every body in my family and friend circles were surprised by my hard work and there were also some haters wo told me that you do do anything you want but your weight isn't going to come down by a kg but then I shutted their mouth.
And then I became very active and energized all thanks to my parents support and yogi yoga centre.
Here at yogi yoga center we not only do workout but also learn about various body pains solutions types of medical treatment for that we also go for social service work and it's a nice place to make your boring life interesting.
And also my height increased by 2 inches
Last but not the least if you leef boaring at home or want to prove to the that you are something then please do come to yogi yoga centre and tell dilip sir he is a very Coorporating man and we are like friends now.
