I have started giving personal yoga sessions myself. I highly recommend Yogshala for yoga enthusiast and also to those who want to make career in yoga.

This is a disclaimer for those who would question the credibility of this review as I happen to be her daughter. But as a believer in Naturopathy and Yoga, I can vouch that over these years have developed into a healthier version of myself through practising Yoga and using Naturopathy for any of my ailments. Her unique combination of Naturopathy, Yoga and Acupressure helps in treating the patient in a holistic and naturally resilient way. Dr Mamta has even treated Cancer patients. Her customized treatment schedules are one to be surely beneficial in all kinds of physical and mental ailments.
