Worth living,
Amenities as reasonable rates.
Free Laundry service 1day in a week.
3 times food.
Ac TV Fridge Almirah in every room.
Dedicated washing area with machines at terrace.
Well managed staff for every particular work.
Decorated and aesthetic ambience with grass carpet and covered with roof panels at terrace for lunch and dinner and hang out.
Cons:
No attached bathroom, except in 2 rooms out of every 6 room on each floor.
PS- Visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in this pg a year back, I like this pg a lot, housekeeping, food, facilities they were provided was all awesome, They are managing pg like a hotel, owner uncle was really soo good at that time. At that time the manager of this pg was chandan, who was managing all the things like a pro.
But in these days they are doing nothing even you can worst experience we are getting there, no housekeeping staff, no one is there to clean washroom, ac is not working, stopping guests to use pg items, whatever we made, you all have to eat the same. It is going living there hell day by day. What I can say more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg ever they didn't return security refund there are hidden charges, electricity bills are way higher .
First they said they will only charge for ac and geyser now they are charging for whole room.
Food is not edible, you will find cockroaches in it.
No hygiene, dead rodents.. manager is worst in all of the case.
Mr Navneet is not good for anything, worst scenarios he's illiterate and doesn't care about guests and complaints.
Frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is most likely a fraud in this case they do not return security food is of worst quality you will probably find insects crawling inside it, manager doesn't worth your time the previous manager chandan was good and at that time pg was running smoothly and services were good but rn they don't even care about the guests.
Your money go and find a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING!! I don't want to be giving even a single star as the facility is not at all good to stay in. The owner is a fraud & declined to repay my security. Place is not at all secure for girls, the food is lousy & the PG is in a really bad condition. Dead rodents and insects is a daily view if you don't enjoy it don't stay here. No hygiene is maintained in regard to cleanliness & food. Kindly don't waste your time blowing up your money at such a place. WARNING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in different pg's for last 3 years, but this one was literally the worst of all.As written in the name, luxury pg, you'll actually find exotic insects defected food,housekeeping would be done once 2-3 weeks, that too, if you insist very much. If you're giving your clothes for laundry, be sure enough that you will never find it back. Also, the location is bad, surrounded by slum, anyone can come anytime into your room, no security at all, there are cctv cameras, but of no use, police has also came here regarding these cases.They say, free wifi, but it never works. Ac, fridge, TV, water taps, they would break down every other day since everything is of very low quality.Also, the owner said, only AC electricity bill is required to be paid, but he'll ultimately charge for everything in the room and in addition they have tampered the electricity meters to show more reading as per to loot people. If by any chance, you are living here, try not to give the security money as the owner does not returns it. And the funny thing is, half of these reviews here are by the owner, and his family itself, resulting to a good rating ??
