But now when i did it literally i was shivering with pain at that time sweating after at evening i felt the real relaxing benefit i was feeling flexible and powerful becouse or knowing and practicing the doing of work in correct posture and gestures.

Guys yoga is not an excercise its only way to explore right gestures and postures to pressure and control your organs.
